This is my very first post and I'm super excited to share my very first recipe with you. This is one of my mom's favorite dish. So here is the recipe of quick and easy Rawa Dosa .
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sooji (rawa)
1/2 cup rice flour
2 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
2 1/2 cup water (I used 1 cup of buttermilk and 1 1/2 cup of water)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green chilli, crushed
1/2 tsp ginger, crushed
1 tbsp cumin seeds (zeera), roasted
2-3 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
salt to taste

Method:
1.Take sooji , rice flour and maida in a large bowl.
2. Add chopped onions, ginger, green chilli, roasted cumin seeds, coriander leaves and salt.
3.Prepare the batter by gradually adding water to the sooji mixture. Mix well.
4.Keep aside for half an hour.
5.Heat a non-stick dosa pan. Pour the batter using a ladle to form a thin dosa.
6. Apply oil all over the edges and in the center. Let it cook till it turns nice golden brown and crispy. Flip it over and let it cook for another minute or two.
Serve hot with Coconut chutney and Sambar.
